Prineville and Crook County's rail-accessible industrial development zone is an Oregon Enterprise Zone. The enterprise zone offers new businesses that locate within the 7 square mile zone various tax incentives including corporate income tax credits. In addition, the City of Prineville will waive fees for water deposit, water hookup for sprinkler system, and plan review. Dinner Train

The City of Prineville Railway owns and operates the Crooked River Dinner Train, a western theme dinner train, operating between Prineville Junction and Prineville.
